Moose Meat Loaf
1 lb ground moose
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1 cup oatmeal
1 egg
1/2 med onion chopped
1/2 med bellpepper chopped
2 tbsp parsley
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp sugar
pinch rosemary sprigs
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Press into 9×9x2 loaf pan. Cook in 350 degree oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Great served with mashed potatos.
